No part of the Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent State and Territory legislation.
If you wish to return item(s) as a change of mind you are welcome to do so if the item(s) are in the same condition as when purchased at the time of sale. The items need to be returned within 1 week (5 business days) from the date of collection or delivery.
There is a 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
Please contact us for a return of an online order, and we will provide a return authority and delivery information.
We do not offer returns on custom made items. This includes custom finishes where they are made to order.
Due to their size, and restrictions imposed by suppliers, we do not accept posted returns of baths, toilets, or vanities (including any components) so please choose carefully when making your selection.
Signature on delivery is required for all parcels above $100. It's unfortunate, but accidents happen no matter which courier provider or Australia Post service we use. Signature on delivery is the only way we can claim on an undelivered or lost parcel which not only protects us, but you.
Most orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days.
Please note: You should allow up to 14 days for your items to arrive as minor delays with delivery services can occasionally occur. Stated delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers.
Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Our preferred courier companies for online orders are Couriers Please and Australia Post. Larger items such as vanities are sent via transport companies.
We are unable to call before delivery as we use third party courier services.
We do deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers through Australia Post, but only for orders not containing bulky items.
We can only deliver bulky items (toilets, baths, vanities etc) within the Brisbane Metro area.
It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy goods such as baths, vanities, etc. Please contact us if you've any special requirements before placing your order, and we will contact you to arrange a suitable option.

Yes. You are more than welcome to visit our showroom during business hours.
If any damage or breakages occur during transport, you need to contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept claims after this time.
We do offer international shipping for accessories, tapware and showers. If our shipping calculator does not offer options for your country of if you wish to order other types of items shipped internationally, please contact us so that we can accommodate your needs by creating a unique order to suit you. Please note that the free delivery for orders above $100 does not apply to international orders.
Free Delivery on Accessories (excluding Heated Towel Rails), Showers, and Tapware for online orders over $100. Orders of this type below that value have a $15 flat rate for delivery.
Please contact us for shipping bulky items (heated towel rails, baths, vanities, toilets, basins etc) and we can quote a custom delivery charge.
